The gridview fired event rowupdating which wasn t handled

Even ı have write the delegate for deleting and editing ı faced with "The Grid View 'Grid View1' fired event Row Deleting which wasn't handled."problem . Page { Category Resposite _category Resposite=new Category Resposite(); protected void Page_Load(object sender, Event Args e) void Control Panel_Row Sawing(object sender, Grid Event Args e) void Control Panel_Row Deleting(object sender, Grid Event Args e) The code that you have posted is incomplete (missing the aspx file code), from your description of the problem it sounds as though you have not assigned the Row Deleting event to Grid View1.

Can anybody help me pls here is my codes protected void Page_Load(object sender, Event Args e) public object Data Source public string Data Key Names public event Grid Hander Row Deleting; public event Grid Hander Row Sawing; protected void Grid View1_Row Command(object sender, Grid View Command Event Args e) } ublic partial class Category Control Panel : System. Inside the opening gridview tag in the aspx file add the assignment as follows: If the event handler Control Panel_Row Deleting is designed to handle a delete from gridview action then insert this as the event handler name.

Somebody Help me :( i've also tried adding this code ``On Row Deleting = "Pending Records Gridview_Row Deleting" but no success!

:( Here's my gridview full code: " Select Command="SELECT * FROM [Pending Records]" Delete Command="DELETE FROM [Pending Records] WHERE [ID] = ?

I have a set of records that are returned from SQL Server and what I was doing is binding them to a POCO.

You have to write below code into event in code behind like To fix this, I had to take a closer look at my datasource and datakeys.

I have a Gridview on an ASP page bound to an SQL table.

I have already set allow paging to true and page size to 5.

Generic ' library Protected Sub grd Employees_Page Index Changing1(By Val sender As Object, By Val e As System. This class had several public properties of type Integer. I replaced their type with a string instead to bypass the casting issue.

In one of my projects using the grid this way I am handling "Row Cancelling Edit", "Row Command", "Row Deleting", "Row Editing", "Row Updating" and all the functions are working.

Unless you are Manually calling "Add Handler" somewhwere else in code, I don't see a handles claus on your event method that would intercept the event being raised.

You need to change the command argument from Delete to something else like Delete_Product or whatever...
